Primary Eye Care
Begins with a comprehensive vision and eye health examination designed to detect a wide range of problems affecting visual function, such as blurred vision or eye discomfort. We recommend that all patients should have a comprehensive eye examination every two years depending on one’s particular needs. Those over 70, individuals with diabetes, and those taking hydroxychloroquine should be seen annually
We provide comprehensive eye examinations to assess the entire ocular/visual system. Your examination will include:
An evaluation of the refractive system to measure any need for correction, which might include spectacles, contact lenses, or refractive surgery.
An evaluation for potential eye health disorders which include cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other degenerative or acquired conditions of the ocular system.
If necessary, an evaluation of ocular complications stemming from diabetes, hypertension, and other systemic diseases.
