Brian Walker, M.D.

Dr. Walker dreamed of being a physician from an early age. He is excited and motivated to help patients restore and maintain their best sight/vision possible. As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, Dr. Walker is comfortable managing/treating all manner of eye/vision diseases and problems, including: cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, thyroid eye disease, diabetic eye disease, eyelid diseases, dry eyes and many more. Specific interests within ophthalmology include up to date advancements in cataract surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), refractive surgery, global ophthalmology and outreach eye care to underserved populations. Dr. Walker has done research and given presentations on many ophthalmic topics including: refractive surgery, cataract surgery, intraocular lens calculations and MIGS procedures. Dr. Walker endeavors to treat all patients with respect and compassionate care.

Dr. Walker was born in Evansville, Indiana and grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He served a two year religious mission between his undergraduate studies in Santiago, Chile, and in his free time he enjoys fishing, hiking, and camping with his wife and two children.
