Primary Eye Care

Begins with a comprehensive vision and eye health examination designed to detect a wide range of problems affecting visual function, such as blurred vision or eye discomfort. The American Optometric Association recommends that all people should have a periodic, comprehensive eye examination everyone to two years depending on one’s particular needs.

We provide comprehensive eye examinations to assess the entire ocular/visual system. Your examination will include:

  • An evaluation of the refractive system to measure any need for correction, which might include spectacles, contact lenses, or refractive surgery.

  • An evaluation for potential eye health disorders which include cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other degenerative or acquired conditions of the ocular system.

  • If necessary, an evaluation of ocular complications stemming from diabetes, hypertension, and other systemic diseases.
